Learn at your own pace
Choose the visit format that suits your family. You can pause and return when you are ready. A piano is useful for physical practice; the screen keyboard works for getting started. USB note input depends on your device and browser. Spoken instructions also appear as text.
Your subscription and saved progress
The base price is in US dollars and includes applicable tax. Checkout may offer a local-currency equivalent and shows the final currency and total. A subscription renews monthly until cancelled. The paying family owner can cancel renewal through Manage billing. Paid access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation keeps learning history; it is separate from deleting a family.
Each paid place is assigned to a child. You can approve a permanent replacement while keeping both children’s histories separate. Additional places begin after successful payment, with a prorated first charge. Cancelling an extra place reduces the price at the next renewal; that child keeps already-paid access until then and their saved progress stays available. Your parent account shows the change and price before you confirm.
Refund questions need a support review. Cancelling renewal does not itself request a refund. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification about the offer or policies.
What progress means
Visits record participation. Skills and badges reflect recorded demonstrations, including parent observations where needed. Screen taps and microphone estimates do not establish piano technique or teacher certification.
